步骤

a. 启用 (系统) 开发者模式

Cortana (Win) > Settings > Update and Security > Developer Mode

b. 启用子系统
Cortana (Win) > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features On and Off

Or you can use powershell (Administrator)

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux

c. 激活子系统 (activate subsystem/ install linux)
